Decide what session you want to purchase at the initial consultation. Payment for the whole package are due at the beginning of the first session. Rates apply within Anne Arundel & Howard Counties. Extra charges may apply for outside counties.

A Free Consultation

Clients who sign up and purchase a session package will receive a free initial consultation that will establish fitness baselines and also help me find out what your true solution is to reach your fitness goals. Baseline statistics are pertained to the client's interest such as measurements, heart rate, weight, cardiac performance, maximum strength, etc. Have a specific goal you are trying to reach and want progress on? Maybe you want to see how your progress is coming along for a mile run. Or maybe you want to see your strength gains in your arms. Whatever it is, we can make it happen. I also ask details of your exercise and eating habits to find the right approach to your individualized program. Having an initial consultation we will also discuss scheduling approriate times for up-coming sessions/workouts.

Nutritional Guidance

In order to get in great shape, remember that 50% if not more of your results come from what you eat! That's right! Proper nutrients and a calorie conscious diet are required to obtain energy, and get your body in top notch. Answering the questions I ask you at the consultation will enable me to create the perfect diet plan for you based on your goals. Don't know what is healthy? Don't know how much to eat, or when? No need to worry about that anymore, I will create a FULL nutritional layout for you to follow everyday which will be changed and updated weekly at no extra cost!

Progress reports

Every 2-3 weeks I give my clients quick evaluations so they can see the progress they have made within that time period! I provide full written and graphic reports to keep my clients motivated. See how much weight you've lost on a graph over a period of two months, see how your speed of losing inches of your waist is going, notice your cholesterol rate numbers going down overtime. The list goes on and on and we can become very creative! Remember, whatever you need in order to obtain your fitness goals, I can provide it! All I need from you is your patience, attendance and a strong will.
