What is the 8 week weight-loss program?

No more expensive personal training sessions paying up hundreds per week. Rather, attend a one-on-one weekly meeting with a certified lifestyle & weight management consultant to discuss and implement a perfect exercise, nutrition, behavorial, and stress management program to get you in great shape. I'm not your expensive trainer, rather I'm your affordable coach to inform you with the tools and knowledge neccessary to succeed.

What You'll find with this program

Based on a complimentary initial assesment, I will find out exactly what is stopping you from achieving your weight loss goals. We will go through certain subjective and objective tests, lifestyle questionares, eating habits, and health history forms so I can identify the true cause of what is holding you back from achieving your fitness goals. From there, I will create a perfect program for you based on the information I gathered. This includes certain exercises you should be doing, down to the exact foods you should be eating, etc. From there on out, the 8 week program we will spend each session discussing and crituiqing your way into the healthiest lifestyle possible. Behavorial change takes practice, and with consistency, accountability and the correct knowledge, you can make it happen! I differ from other weightloss clinics and centers because instead of a group atmosphere, I focus on the individual client.

Where are these meetings located and what is your availability?

Our weekly meetings will be located in my home, in Severn Maryland. My practice is open all day Friday, Saturday Afternoons and all day Sundays. Appointments are honored on a first booked, first served basis. If open, you may lock in times throughout the program.

How do I measure my progress?

This is the simple part. You work hard, and I'll take care of it. Every week during our one-on-one meeting, we will discuss your progress based on the tracking sheets you will be following. We will also be doing weigh ins, and re-evaluations on blood pressure, heart rate, body fat % and body measurements. During the meeting we will also discuss what your goals will be for the next week and how to achieve them.

You'll never be left empty handed

Accountability is a must for someone to achieve true weight loss. Based on your specific goals and needs, I will create tracking charts for you to follow based on exercise, nutrition, moods and behaviors. Support during the week is an absolute welcome by emailing me or calling me.

How long is each meeting?

Each meeting lasts approximently 1/2 hour

What are the fees, and how are payments made?

$250 / 8 week program 
(8 1/2 hour meetings)


Payments may be made by cash or check. If financials are a problem, payments can be seperated into 2, $125 upfront for the first 4 weeks and $125 for the remaining 4 weeks.
